Support scope
Support should cover:
- Account access and account deletion.
- Workspace, draft-unit, outline, timeline, character, relationship, and export issues.
- Subscription purchase, restore, renewal, cancellation, and status issues.
- Bug reports with steps to reproduce and expected behavior.
- Feature requests and workflow feedback.
- AI generation failures, stuck draft jobs, and voice-assistant connection issues.
- Privacy and data requests.
In-app support copy
For help with account access, subscriptions, story workspaces, exports, AI drafting, or AI image generation, use the Settings feedback form.
Saved feedback should include the account, selected workspace, device/platform, app version, and a short description of the workspace or action that failed. Users should not include private manuscript content unless support specifically requests it.
The Settings screen should provide separate actions for general support, bug reports, feature requests, and billing help. These actions should save feedback records to the database. Bug reports should ask for what happened, steps to reproduce, and the expected result. Cancellation and plan changes should open App Store subscription management.
